A Quick Guide To THC Edibles:

1. Start Small. Beginners are advised to start with a smaller dose of 5mg or less to gauge their tolerance. For example, no more than ½ of our 10mg gummies, or ⅕ of our 25mg gummies (always refer to the Delta-9 THC mg on packaging for correct dosage). 
2. Start Slow. Because edibles must be digested, effects may not begin until 45 minutes - 2 hours. Resist the urge to take more. Wait a minimum of 2 hours before deciding to increase the dosage.
3. Schedule, Setting, and Sustenance. Because effects can last from 4 to 12 hours, make sure your schedule is clear and your setting is comfortable and relaxed - and having food in your system can make for a better experience.
