We prioritize the safe and secure shipping of all glass pieces. Please review the following before placing your order:
- Route Shipping Insurance is required for all glass orders. Orders without it will be canceled and refunded.
- Hard cases are not included by default. If you’d like your piece shipped in a hard case, please reach out to our customer service to inquire further details.
- Glass without a hard case will be carefully wrapped and secured in bubble wrap for protection.
